 Although exit in 2001, we only speak today of the movie" The Revelation ". We had not had again the opportunity to view it and constant in our gait, we didn't wish to speak of it that from the moment where we knew the holding and the results of this movie.

The theme of the movie :
A secret organization going back to the period of the christ detains an object, the Loculus. It contains the secrets of the Catholic religion! Made on the island of Pathmos by Jean, apostle and favorite of Jesus, the Loculus is destined to cross the times. What does it contain? What is the secret that Jean, author of" The apocalypse" and a gospel, wanted to transmit? Why a group of individuals whose Templars made left (according to the script) it to pierce the secret of this object persists ?
A man rebels against this secret order: Lord Martel. He decides to hide the Loculus in the place where Jean concealed it 2000 years earlier.
Well on, the Secret order is not of this opinion and puts everything in works so that Martel fails. Prematurely killed, Lord Martel, before dying, will have the time to ask his Son to destroy the Loculus.
Ignoring the place where was hide the precious relic, Jack, the son of Lord Martel and Candled, a young and beautiful alchemist, get in quest and leave to his research. |
The Loculus, imaginary object will have during the centuries stayed in a lot of places. One of these places is Rennes-Le-Château. The film-maker makes us discover a reviewed Rennes-Le-Château and correct version far from the one that we know. This representation of the village is not without recalling us the one that one can find in the video game Gabriel Knight III.
One cannot yet blame to the film-maker for not knowing the village since several plans are turned there. By two times, some stages are achieved in the church, of which one, notably, where one presents us one of the stained glass windows of the churches, to revise for the opportunity. The Tower Magdala, or Madeleine as it is named in the movie, is a key place for the progress of the two heroes.
" The Revelation" is a movie to see. We took pleasure to look at it. It is about the big fashionable themes, as the marriage of the christ and his déscendance. There also, a wink of .il to the cult of Isis is made there.
